The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is true in all that it teaches. It is our authority for salvation and Christian living.
(2 Timothy 3:15-17)
There is one God who is the creator and sustainer of all things. He has revealed himself to mankind as the Father in creation, the Son in redemption, and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit) in the New Testament Church. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Ephesians 4:4-6; Colossians 2:9; 1 Timothy 3:16)
It is the good news of Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection. We obey the gospel through repentance (death to sin), water baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ (burial), and receiving the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues (resurrection).
(Acts 2:4, 37-39; Acts 10:43-48; Acts 19:1-6; Romans 6:3-4; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4)
Everyone has sinned and needs salvation. Salvation comes by grace through faith based on the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
(Romans 3:23-25, 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-9)
As Christians we are to love God and others. We should live a holy life inwardly and outwardly, displaying the fruits of the Spirit, and worship God joyfully.
(Mark 12:28-31; 1 Corinthians 12:8-10; 2 Corinthians 7:1)
Jesus Christ will return for His church, and there will be final resurrection and judgement. The righteous will inherit eternal life, but the unrighteous will inherit eternal death.
(1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:11-15)
